Welcome to our convenient and safe drop-off program, allowing your child to enjoy Play Palace independently. Our program is designed to provide you with flexibility while ensuring your child has a fun, supervised, and safe experience. As a reminder, we are a recreation facility, not a child care center or a respite care provider.

Important Policies & FAQs

What is the minimum age for drop-off?
Our drop-off program is best suited for children who are potty-trained and at least 5 years old. This ensures that they can play independently and interact with our staff as needed.

What is your child-to-staff ratio?
We maintain a 1:10 child-to-staff ratio to ensure all children have a safe and positive experience.

What about the waiver?
A signed waiver is required for every child before they are permitted to play. This waiver includes important information about our policies and a release of liability. You can fill out our waiver online or at the front desk upon arrival.

What happens if my child gets sick?
For the health of all our guests, please do not drop off your child if they are showing symptoms of a contagious illness, such as fever, vomiting, or diarrhea. If a child becomes sick while in our care, we will contact you immediately to pick them up.

What happens if I'm late to pick up my child?
A late fee of $15 for every 15 minutes will be charged for pickups that are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time. We kindly ask that you pick up your child on time to ensure a smooth process for all families and our staff.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change! You can get a full refund on your drop-off ticket as long as you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled play time.
