​Play Palace Presents: Daia's Rochester Adventure Contest - Official Terms & Conditions 1. Contest Period: The "Daia's Rochester Adventure" Contest (the "Contest") began on July 1, 2025, at the start of Play Palace's daily operating hours and ends on July 31, 2025, at Play Palace's closing time (the "Contest Period"). All passport submissions must be received by the end of the Contest Period. 2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to children ages 3-18. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate and claim prizes. Adults may assist children in completing their passports, but the passport must be registered under a child's name for prize eligibility. Employees of Play Palace and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participation is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. 3. How to Enter: Participants can obtain an official "Daia's Rochester Adventure Passport" at Play Palace (2199 E. Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623) during regular operating hours, starting July 1, 2025. Only one passport is allowed PER CHILD. Each passport must have the child's name clearly written on the designated "your adventure" page. To complete the passport, participants must visit designated "locations" throughout Rochester, NY. When finding a location, participants must include where the poster was found and the Poster ID number (located on the poster) on their passport. Participants are solely responsible for their travel to and from the locations. Play Palace is not responsible for any costs incurred. Once completed (or partially completed), passports must be submitted in person at Play Palace during regular operating hours by the end of the Contest Period. 4. Safety & Conduct: All participants must stay on trails or public property and strictly avoid all private property and restricted areas. Participants must respect their surroundings, including private residences, businesses, and natural environments. Play Palace is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during participation in the Contest. 5. Prize Details & Redemption: Prizes are awarded based on the number of validated locations found and recorded on the official passport: 1-2 locations: Prize box 3-4 locations: Dragon craft kit 5-6 locations: Free Play Pass (one child, ages 3-18, for 3 hours of play; $27 value) 7-8 locations: 2 Free Play Passes (two children, ages 3-18, for 3 hours of play each; $54 value total) 9-10 locations: 5-Play Punch Pass (for 5 separate 3-hour play sessions; $110 value) 10+ locations: 10-Play Punch Pass (for 10 separate 3-hour play sessions; $215 value) Prize Redemption: Prizes must be claimed at Play Palace. The child whose name is on the passport must be present to claim their prize ("gift"), accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18. All Play Passes and Punch Passes are subject to Play Palace's standard rules and operating hours. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. No substitutions will be made. Play Palace reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Only one prize may be claimed per submitted passport ​6. Verification: All submitted passports are subject to verification by Play Palace staff. Play Palace reserves the right to request additional proof of visit or location validation at its sole discretion. Any attempt to defraud or tamper with the contest or its results will result in immediate disqualification. 7. Publicity: By participating, entrants grant Play Palace permission to use their first name, initial of their last name, city, and submitted photos (if applicable) for promotional purposes in connection with the Contest, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 8. General Conditions: Play Palace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, without prior notice. All decisions made by Play Palace regarding the Contest are final and binding. Play Palace is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Play Palace, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. 9. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding prizes, and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. 10. Governing Law: The Contest and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. 11. Sponsor: The "Daia's Rochester Adventure" Contest is sponsored by Play Palace, 2199 E.
